Location: Lanson Place Jin Qiao Serviced Residences, Shanghai

Guest Services Officer

Responsibilities

  • Familiarizes with the established policies and procedures of the Serviced Residences and the Front Office Manual.
  • Greets guests at all times in a friendly and courteous manner, and attempt to learn and use guests’ names at every opportunity. This is of utmost importance in the goal of providing personalized service.
  • Answers the telephone promptly and courteously.
  • Takes personal interest and pride for ensuring that the Reception Desk area is kept clean and in orderly state at all times.
  • Registers guests and checks on the accuracy of information on the reservations with respect to identity of the guests.
  • Escorts all guests to their residences and explain the features of the residences.
  • Communicate with other departments according to the request of residences.
  • Handle bill and payment according to company’s policy.
  • Performs related duties as assigned by the Front Office Supervisor.

Requirements

  • Above one year of working experience in hotel industry.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, can accept night shift.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill.
