LOOKING FOR SERVICE-MINDED GENERAL MANAGERS



Lanson Place Hospitality Management Limited is a niche operator of eight luxury serviced residences and a boutique hotel in China and Southeast Asia. The company has been in operation since 1995 and has been recognized for its excellence through numerous international service awards in recent years.


Lanson Place is a subsidiary of USI Holdings limited, a listed company on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The company is expanding its operations in major cities in China thus is seeking applicants for the position of General Managers to be based in China.


Requirements:

  • Fluent in written/spoken English and Mandarin. Any additional dialects/languages would be an advantage


  • Have a minimum of 10-15 years experience in hotel or serviced apartment sectors especially in luxury brands or properties


  • Previous working experience in China would be beneficial


  • Superior knowledge of service standards, sales and marketing including Internet marketing techniques and yield management


  • Good knowledge of hotel financial management and accounting

  • Fully conversant with Internet and email technology

  • Dynamic, sociable personality, a strong leader
