Guest Services Supervisor/Manager (Expatriate)

(BEIJING)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all matters pertaining to guest services
  • Conducts orientation program for long staying residents
  • Assists the Sales department with special operation requests and occasional site inspections 
  • To recommend and provide suggestion to the General Manager/Front Office Manager and respective Department Heads on all methods of improving guest services, recreation activities for guests and anything related to service standards and the overall image of the Residences 

    Requirements:
  • Possess a Degree Holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
  • Have strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team 
  • Presentable and native English speaker is an advantage
  • Only Expatriate applicants would be considered to apply for a Manager grade
