Petronas Towers
- The tallest twin office towers in the world and, for a while, the world's tallest building. The Sky Bridge between the towers at 41st floor is open to the public. Tower One is taken up entirely by Petronas. In Tower 2, Bloomberg, Boeing, Al Jazheera, Reuters, McKinsey and Microsoft have offices.(5 mins)
KLCC Park
- Covering 17 acres below the Towers is the KLCC park with jogging and walking paths, a fountain with incorporated light show, wading pools, and a children's playground.(5 mins)
Great Eastern Mall
- Great Eastern Mall adjoins Menara Great Eastern, on Jalan Ampang. The mall is a favourite embassy neighbourhood complex that offers a wide variety of shopping outlets including restaurants, boutiques and a supermarket. (3 mins)

- Located at the base of the Petronas Towers this shopping complex is one of the largest in Asia. Jalan Bukit Bintang- Bintang Walk
- The Golden Triangle's foremost shopping district is Jalan Bukit Bintang. There is a mixture of shops and malls on the street. Most are found along the section called Bintang Walk from Lot 10 to the JW Marriott Hotel. (10 mins)

- The latest addition to the densely populated shopping

Sungei Wang Plaza
- Notable for branded clothing for teenagers, fashion accessories, DVDs, souvenirs, household decorative items and more. The ground floor is a good place for cell phones.
The Midvalley Megamall
- A popular complex near Bangsar, it has over 400 shops, a cinema, a modern bowling center, a convenient IT center, two food courts, and a large bookstore.

- Jalan Alor runs parallel to Jalan Bukit Bintang in the heart of the Golden Triangle. It comes alive every night with the sights and smells of hawker cooking and pavement cafes.(10 mins)
Jalan Petaling
- Delicious hawker food is served all day in the area around Chinatown's Jalan Petaling. You can breakfast on steamed dumplings or porridge. In the evening, the street closes to cars and the night market begins. Cafes and hawker stalls start up.(20 mins)

- This street has the most popular collection of halal food establishments run by Indian Muslims - near Heritage Row. (20 mins)
Zouk Club
- Opened in 2004, in Jalan Ampang , Zouk KL features four rooms: Zouk and Velvet Underground styled on original club in Singapore , plus the Loft and Terrace bars. The dance rooms are huge, coping with up to 2000 people dancing to international DJ's and live performances.(3 mins)
The Beach Club
- Cross a wooden bridge into a Hawaiian themed club which is largely outdoors . Giant sharks are on display in an aquarium by the bar. There is a huge dance floor.
