28 July 2009, Hong Kong – Lanson Place Hospitality Management Limited (“Lanson Place” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. David Yang as Group Senior Business Development Manager - China, with immediate effect. Mr Yang will be responsible for identifying and developing management and investment opportunities for Lanson Place across Mainland China.
“Mr Yang brings to the Company strong experience and expertise in real estate investment in Mainland China. He has developed and maintained close relationships with government bureau and property agents. This will support our plan in Mainland China,” said Mrs. Karen Li, Executive Director of Lanson Place.

Prior to joining Lanson Place, Mr. Yang has over 10 years experience working for an overseas investment fund in their China acquisition team and with several international property services companies in China.
