1. A reference to the "LANSON PLACE Site" is to www.lansonplace.com all web pages thereunder, including the content, information, applications, programmes, images, links, sounds, graphics, video and other materials which may be displayed therein and the functionalities or services provided therein (collectively the "Content"). "You" refers to such party who is given access or use of the LANSON PLACE Site. "LANSON PLACE" refers to (a) Lanson Place Hotels & Residences (Holdings) Limited, where the context so permits, (b) Lanson Place Hotels & Residences (Holdings) Limited and its subsidiaries.  The use of the LANSON PLACE Site is subject to the terms and conditions set out herein ("Terms of Use"). By accessing the LANSON PLACE Site and the Content, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, do not access or use this LANSON PLACE Site.

2. Use of the LANSON PLACE Site

i. You agree to comply with the guidelines, notices and instructions pertaining to the use of the LANSON PLACE Site issued by LANSON PLACE from time to time. ii. No linking without consent of LANSON PLACE
The insertion of a hyperlink to the LANSON PLACE Site, on any other website or webpage or "mirror" of the content on any other server is prohibited without express, prior written consent of LANSON PLACE.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

By accessing and using any services of the LANSON PLACE Site, you and LANSON PLACE agree that all matters relating to and / or any disputes arising out of your access to, or use of the LANSON PLACE Site shall be governed by and interpreted and construed and enforced exclusively in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to the conflicts of law principles thereof, and you hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong Courts.
