Terms & Conditions:

 
• A valid credit card number is required to confirm the booking.
• Upon confirmation, a S$500 deposit per apartment is required. This deposit will be used to offset against the total accommodation charges upon your arrival.
• By agreeing to this Sales Condition, you are granting Lanson Place Winsland Serviced Residences, Singapore authority to charge the credit card provided in the reservation form.
• In the event of any cancellation less than 14 working days prior to the arrival date or no-show, the S$500 deposit will be forfeited.
• All room rates are subject to 7% of prevailing government taxes and rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• Extra bed is chargeable at S$50 nett per night
• Check-in time is from 13:00hrs & check-out until 12:00hrs.
